Job Description
As a Painter, who takes pride in your workmanship, you will be responsible for preparing and painting designated areas as assigned for every aspect of the resort.
As a Painter, you will:
- Prepare all surfaces for paint, uses drop cloths and masking tape to protect surfaces
- Apply primer or mildewcide prior to paint where needed
- Apply paint to prepared exterior or interior surfaces by use of paint gun, roller, or brush
- Apply caulking where needed
- Apply concrete stain to walkways and entrances
- Mix paint to achieve desired color
- Set up and use ladders and/or scaffolding
- Leave work area in safe, neat clean conditions
- Ability to communicate and interpret guest needs by positively interacting towards resolutions
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal to no supervision or support
- Must comply with all CFI policies and procedures
- Must represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and professional behavior at all times, as dictated in the Associate's Handbook

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of one year of related painting experience is required
- Must have a valid state Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
